Technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System at www.ppms.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available for download at www.pitb.gop.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk free of cost.
Deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 11:00 hours on 2016-09-22. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.
