Re-Tender: Outsourcing of Security Services — Lahore College for Women University (LCWU)

Purpose: Re-tender for outsourcing security / general services (security staff) for LCWU on annual basis. Eligible firms/companies / sole proprietors registered with relevant Regulatory Authorities and Tax Departments may submit bids.

How to apply / bid:

• Bidding shall be conducted through e-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Only eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents may participate.
• Tender documents, terms & conditions, requirements and specifications are available online under Rule 25(1) free of cost at: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://lcwu.edu.pk (and PPRA website as applicable).
• Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 4% of the estimated bid value deposited electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system (EPS).
• Bidders shall upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper along with the bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to require successful bidder or any bidder to produce the original affidavit for verification if needed.
• Bidders must comply with the minimum wage rates notified by the Labour & Human Resource Department and applicable taxes and contributions (FBR/PRA/GST, PESSI, EOBI) while preparing financial bids.
• Bid validity period: 180 days.
• Interested bidders should register and participate through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The response time is calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
