Tender: Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms & Protective Clothing — SP&IU, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (Punjab)

The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (Government of the Punjab) invites sealed e-bids (technical & financial) for a Framework Contract for the procurement of uniforms and protective clothing. Joint ventures/consortia are not allowed. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP).

Key instructions:

- Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected.

- Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System on or before the stated deadline. Bidders may attend the bid opening in person.

- Bid security should be furnished according to the bidding documents and may be submitted through the digital banking facility in the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing into the designated account as instructed in the bidding documents.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPR rules.
