United Bank Limited (Decree Holder) has obtained a Proclamation of Sale from the Lahore High Court (Execution Application No. 39328-B/2021 in C.O.S. No.72/2016) for multiple immovable properties charged to the Bank and belonging to the judgment debtors. Key sale conditions:
- Earnest money: Qualified bidders must deposit the prescribed earnest money (as per the notice) — generally 25% of the Reserve Price — by bank draft / pay order in favour of the Court Auctioneer or as specified in the proclamation. The earnest money must be produced before / at the time of bidding.
- Highest bidder: The highest bidder will be required to pay the balance of the purchase price in accordance with the Court’s directions and within the period fixed by the Court. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Honourable Lahore High Court.
