Municipal Committee Jhelum invites contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers registered with PPRA for E-Procurement to submit bids through the c-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the listed schemes. Bidders must upload bids on e-PADS and register with FBR & PRA as applicable. Original CDR (bid security) must be submitted in the office of the undersigned by or before the closing date and time. Non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected.

• Submission method: Online via e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk or the PPRA/Provincial e-procurement portal).
• Original CDR (pay order) in favor of Municipal Committee Jhelum must be deposited in the office before closing time.
• Bid security/bid bond scanned copy to be uploaded on e-PADS; original to be submitted physically.
• Bidders must quote rates per item/BOQ and include required analyses; incomplete bids or bids without required documents will be declared non-responsive.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to approval.
