Issuer: Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme (G B T S), Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Karachi.
Notice of transfer of a residential plot in favour of legal heirs of the deceased Ameer Ali Airi S/o Muhammad Malook Airi (Ex Hawaldar (Security), Port Qasim Authority). The deceased, resident of Flat No. 17, Block C-1, PQA Housing Complex, Bin Qasim, Karachi, reportedly expired on 24.11.2016. The plot being transferred is Plot No. 194, Block "B", Category "A", measuring approximately 200 Sq Yards in Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme (GBTS), Karachi.
Anyone having any claim or objection regarding the plot should notify the Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, PQA, Karachi in writing within fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice. No claim or objection will be entertained after the above period.
