Issuer: Sukkur IBA University. Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS on a single-stage, one-envelope procedure from eligible and experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply to Sukkur IBA University and its sub-campuses.
Bidding method and submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk) as per the tender schedule. Bidders must provide their Best and Final Price; no negotiations are permitted.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as per procurement plan in the tender document). Bid security should be in the shape of a pay order in favor of Sukkur IBA University.
