Eligibility highlights: Firms must possess required registration documents (NTN, FBR, SRB etc.), have a minimum of five years' relevant experience (human resource, recruitment, contractual services), demonstrate financial strength and estimated annual contract value for similar packages, provide profiles of relevant staff and supply plans, not be blacklisted, be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and have filed income tax returns for the last three years, and provide a client list from public/private sector organizations.
Submission instructions: Submit sealed bids with required bid security (2%) and tender document fee as specified. Tender documents and detailed instructions are available on the Sindh e-procurement portal and STEVTA website; hard copies may be obtained from the STEVTA procurement office during working hours upon payment.
