Issuer: Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Master Marketing International (Private) Limited has applied under Rule 4 of the Natural Gas Regulatory Authority (Licensing) Rules, 2002 for grant of licence to undertake regulated activity of transportation and sale of natural gas. The applicant submitted the application on 2024-12-09 and has placed an MoU with United Energy Pakistan Limited (UEPL) for gas from Tibri Gas Field to be supplied to nominated consumers under Gas Sale Agreements (GSAs) in Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Sindh and the Federal Capital. The applicant proposes to utilize the transmission networks of SNGPL and SSGC for transportation.
