RFP: Consultancy Services for Design Review, Validation & Supervision — Tapok Dam Project (Balochistan)

Issuer: Project Director, Shehzanik & Tapok Dam. Electronic Request for Proposal (RFP) invited for selection of consultancy services for design review, validation of work done and consultant supervision of Tapok Dam Project. Only electronic bids via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) will be accepted; no physical bids.

Eligibility and required documentation (as stated): firms (including JVs) must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); have BRA registration certificate; be registered with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm; not be blacklisted by any procuring agency; and demonstrate at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 90,000,000 in two previous years. PEC/PCAD registration is mentioned. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014 and the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Financial proposals will be opened only for consultants whose technical proposals are considered and approved. Selection will follow the evaluation criteria in the RFP Date Sheet. Incomplete or late proposals will not be considered.
