Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and States & Frontier Regions (Pak Secretariat, Islamabad).
Purpose: Pre-qualification of workshops/firms/vendors registered with sales tax/income tax departments and active taxpayers (ATL) of FBR for repair and maintenance services during financial year 2026-2027. Required capabilities include repair/maintenance of vehicles; office and other buildings; machinery & equipment; furniture & fixtures; computer hardware & software; and IT equipment. The firms' offices/workshops must be situated in Islamabad.
