Tender: Supply & Installation of Furniture and IT Equipment – Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence, Lahore

Issuer: Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE), Children Library Complex (CLC), 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore. Tender No.: CLC/Ao/NSCoE/191-1/2026. Purpose: procurement for supply and installation of furniture and IT equipment for classrooms.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and General Sales Tax / Punjab Sales Tax. Authorized manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, firms or individuals may apply.

- Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, stamped and sealed as per bidding document.

- Bid validity: 60 days. Financial bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Draft in favour of Children Library Complex. A photocopy of the bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid.

- Tender documents, detailed specifications and bidding documents are available for download from the e-procurement portal and PPRA websites.

- Submission method & deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System by 2026-08-15 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (e-procurement) in the presence of bidders.

- NSCoE/CLC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation of their bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
