NHA Punjab West (Mianwali) Invites e-Bids for Special Maintenance Work on N-130

National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Punjab West Region (Mianwali) invites e-bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and who are active taxpayers. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category and possess the specialization codes shown below. Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bids must be submitted electronically via NHA e-bidding portal.

- Bidding documents, method of procurement, detailed terms and conditions, and procedures are available on the NHA website and e-bidding portal. Bidders must prepare bids according to the instructions in the bidding documents.

- The e-bids must be submitted through the NHA e-bidding portal (www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk). Technical e-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours. Manual (hard copy) bids are not acceptable and will be eliminated from the procurement process.
