Auction Notice — Parking Services Lease at THQ Hospital Burewala (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Head Quarter (THQ) Hospital Burewala, Health & Population Welfare Department, Government of the Punjab.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Only firms/registered individuals with a valid Category-A license are eligible; original Category-A license is compulsory for participation.

- Procurement will be carried out through the e-Procurement EPADs (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System). Bidders must be registered as suppliers on the EPADs platform to access bidding documents and participate.

- Bidding method: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).

- Contractors may view bidding documents on the PPRA/e-Procurement website and attend the Medical Superintendent's office as per the auction schedule.

Financial & submission requirements:

- Bid security (valid for 120 days) of PKR 550,000 must accompany the bidding documents in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. The original CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent on the same day; failure to do so may disqualify the bidder.

- The successful bidder must deposit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days of the auction. Remaining amount to be paid in two installments (approximately 33% on Dec-2026 and 33% on Mar-2027). Failure to submit payments will result in cancellation of award and forfeiture of bid security.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.

- Submission of forged/fake documents will result in disqualification, blacklisting, and reporting to PPRA for appropriate action.
