Government Mian Meer Hospital (GMMH), Lahore invites lot-wise e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement (EP.Punjab) System for a framework contract for clinical laboratory supplies for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders must have Valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax, be an Active Tax Payer, not blacklisted, and be legally authorized to conduct business in Punjab.
Procurement Type: Open competitive. Single-stage, two-envelope submission through EP.Punjab. Contract Type: Framework rate contract for supply of required items on day-to-day, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as per hospital demand and budget availability. Rate competition: Lot-wise cumulative price for the total estimated quantity will be considered to evaluate the lowest bid.
