Cabinet Secretariat – Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) Division invites sealed online bids from reputed, experienced firms, premium café operators and hospitality contractors for operation of a Premium Corporate Lounge/Café serving PMO officials, corporate clients and foreign/local investors on subsidized basis for staff welfare.

| Eligibility | Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income and sales tax. Full eligibility conditions as per bidder responsibilities must be met. |
| Submission Method & Deadline | Online submission only via E-PADS portal. All online bids must be finalized and submitted on the E-PADS portal on or before 2026-08-12 by 11:00 AM. |
