Tender: Supply of 72V 300Ah Lithium Batteries with Chargers — Cantonment Board Peshawar

Issuer: Cantonment Board Peshawar (Cantonment Executive Officer Peshawar).

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for the provision of lithium batteries with chargers as detailed below. Financial bidding will be conducted online through the PPRA EPADS system. Tender form and BOQ can be filled online and downloaded from the PPRA EPADS website. Physical submission of original bid security is required by courier or contractor representative before the closing date/time.

Key conditions and eligibility:

• All bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
• All bidders are required to have valid GST, NTN & STRN.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost as a call deposit (original) from a scheduled bank, sealed in an envelope, to be submitted before the closing date/time.
• Conditional tenders and tenders without the required call deposit will not be entertained.
• The Cantonment Board reserves the right to demand analysis of quoted rates to check reasonability and workability; quoted rates shall remain valid until completion of work and no escalation will be admissible.
• All government taxes will be deducted from bills as per rules. The Cantonment Board will not supply material or machinery to contractors.
• The Cantonment Executive Officer/Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders (prior to approval) as per Rule 33(1) of the PPRARules 2004.

Submission & opening:

• Tender submission (electronic): Tender shall be cast electronically on 2026-08-05 up to 1100 hours via PPRA EPADS.
• Opening: Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives.
