Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Government of Pakistan.
Brief: NADRA invites applications for the post of Chief Information Officer (CIO) on a senior contract/management appointment. The role requires senior IT leadership experience for driving enterprise-scale digital and IT transformation, governance, information security and service delivery across national-scale digital identity platforms.

Degrees must be attested by HEC. Relevant professional certifications preferred. | Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience including at least 8 years in senior leadership. Experience in public sector and with digital identity or national-scale digital platforms; proven experience in developing & implementing enterprise-wide IT and digital transformation strategies; strong knowledge of IT governance, information security, risk management, business continuity, infrastructure, networks, and cloud; experience managing technology portfolios, budgets, procurement, vendor relationships and service-level agreements; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and communication. | Islamabad (NADRA Headquarters) |
