Purpose: E-tender for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery for TMA Jandola under single-stage, two-envelope method (technical and financial) per KPPRA Rules 2014. Chassis will be supplied by TMA.

Eligibility and requirements: Manufacturers / Fabricators / Suppliers / Firms having NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and sales, service & spare parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible.
How to apply: Interested bidders must be registered on EPAD (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) and submit/upload E-bids through EPADS.
Deadlines and opening: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded on or before 2026-08-18 till 11:30 AM. Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later; date and venue will be communicated by email after technical evaluation.
Bid security: Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR, in the name of "TMO TMA Jandola", must be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date and time.
Other conditions: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
