OGRA Public Hearing: Master Marketing International Ltd. License for Natural Gas Transportation & Sale

Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), Government of Pakistan, will hold a public hearing on the licence application submitted by Master Marketing International (Private) Limited for the grant of a licence to undertake the regulated activity of transportation and sale of natural gas.

Earlier submissions were placed on record; OGRA found certain deficiencies and invited clarifications. A fresh public hearing has been scheduled and persons or parties likely to be affected may file objections, written comments, or interventions describing their interest and how they may be affected. Intervention requests must be filed before the public hearing.

Filing & document access: Intervention requests should be filed with a fee of Rs. 500 via OGRA's online payment system and must be accompanied by an affidavit verifying the contents of the communication prior to the date of the public hearing. Copies of documents submitted by the applicant can be obtained on payment of prescribed charges (per OGRA procedure) or downloaded from OGRA's official website (www.ogra.org.pk).
