Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Planning Wing, 10-Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad.
Purpose: Notification of a mechanism for issuance of Completion Certificates for residential/commercial units in Sub-sectors G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-15/3, Islamabad, and related conditions for property transfers and levy of delayed completion charges.
Key points:
1. For facilitation of property transactions, authorization for transfer of properties valid only on the basis of Completion Certificates shall remain valid till 31-08-2026.
2. Delayed-completion charges will be levied after 31-12-2026 or five years from the approval of the plan, whichever is later.
3. No transfer of property will be allowed without obtaining the Completion Certificate after 31-08-2026.
