Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP) invites sealed e-bids for procurement of goods for FY 2026-27 under Reference P63440. Procurements include purchase of CRMs/standards, chemicals, glassware & stationery and an international proficiency testing diesel sample (PT sample). Procurement will follow Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations and guidelines.
