Police Department (Police Response Unit, Lahore) invites e-bids for a Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding is open to well-reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax (where applicable) and Professional Tax. Procurement will be LOT-wise via the E-Procurement Punjab portal.
Key submission and eligibility details:
- Submission method: Online through E-Procurement Punjab (E-Bidding system). Bidding documents available on PPRA website and E-Procurement Punjab site.
- E-Bids received by: 2026-08-10 until 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Bid security: Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favour of SP/PRU, Lahore must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline.
- Performance guarantee: On acceptance, successful bidders must provide performance guarantee @ 5% of contract value as per PPRA rules; refunded on successful completion.
- Procurement rules: All procurements via electronic means under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The procedure is "Single Stage - Two Envelope" as per Section 35(2)(a). Technical samples/brochures for each item are mandatory and will be evaluated.
