The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the work: "Traffic Management Solution at Kashmir Chowk / Murree Road, Islamabad." Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above.
Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure will be used, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
