PKLI Rawalpindi Invitation to Pre-Qualification / Bids for Multiple Procurement Packages – Closing 2026-08-06

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi invites pre-qualification and bids for multiple procurement packages and services. Eligible firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) may apply through the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA e-procurement system. Bids must be submitted online; bid guaranty (bid security) requirements apply as shown per package. Detailed tender documents are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement portals.

Key instructions:

• Bids to be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA e-procurement before the closing date.
• Bid security (as shown per package) must be provided in the manner prescribed by PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement (no physical financial instruments to be submitted unless explicitly required).
• Late or conditional bids and tenders not meeting the specified requirements will be rejected. PKLI & RC is not responsible for postal/delivery delays.
