Public Notice: Resignation and Disclaimer by Muhammad Hammad Regarding DGM Trading Private Limited

This public notice announces that Muhammad Hammad (son of Malik Muhammad Amjad) has resigned from the post of Director of DGM Trading Private Limited with immediate effect and has completely severed all fiduciary and administrative ties with the company.

The notice states that the company (registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) has been subject to unauthorized, ultra vires, and unlawful activities by Mr. Mubashar All, CEO/Director, including alleged misappropriation of corporate funds and illicit solicitation of financial investments from the general public without lawful authority. Muhammad Hammad expressly disclaims any association with or liability for any acts, representations, or financial commitments made by Mr. Mubashar All; such transactions are described as beyond the lawful scope of the company's business and the sole personal responsibility of Mr. Mubashar All.
