Tender for Supply of Agro-Forestry & Fruit Plants — Sami Foundation (Better Cotton Project), Umerkot

Issuer: Sami Foundation (non-profit), implementing a project with support from BCI Growth & Innovation Foundation (Better Cotton). Purpose: Supply of agro-forestry and fruit plants for different union councils of District Umerkot.

How to obtain tender documents: Collect from Sami Foundation (SF) Head Office, Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot (Sindh) between 29 July 2026 and 03 August 2026, 09:00–17:00 (Monday–Friday). The tender pack is also available for download at: www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Submission instructions: Sealed tenders must reach the SF Head Office before 11:00 AM on 2026-08-04 and must be clearly marked "TENDER - Not to be opened before: 11:30 PM August 04, 2026". Tenders will be opened on 2026-08-04 at 11:30 PM in the presence of suppliers or their representatives who wish to attend. If a public holiday is announced by the government, the tender opening will move to the next working day at the same time and venue.

Bid security and eligibility: A bid guarantee of 2.5% of the bid value is required in the form of CDR / pay order in favour of "Sami Foundation". Bids without valid bid security will not be considered. Suppliers must quote only one option per item; bids with multiple options may be rejected. Sami Foundation reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any or all offers and to forfeit bid security for bidders who refuse to sign the contract.

Evaluation and compliance: Lowest price will not be the sole criterion—quality, delivery time and previous experience will be considered. Suppliers should not be blacklisted and must have active NTN filer status as per Tax Ordinance 2001. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable law.
