Prequalification Notice: SMD Displays for Emergency Services Department, Punjab

Issuer: Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Prequalification of manufacturers/authorized distributors registered with Pakistan tax authorities for supply and installation of SMD display units. Prequalification submissions must be made via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key conditions and procedures:

- Prequalification will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Applicants must be registered on the e-Procurement System and submit Prequalification Documents through the portal using the PDF upload method.

- Prequalification Documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System or from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) without payment of a tender fee.

- Submission deadline: 2026-08-19 by 11:00 am; electronic opening: 2026-08-19 at 11:30 am.

- Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements in the Prequalification Documents will be prequalified and eligible to participate in the subsequent procurement process.

- Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure) will apply to the subsequent bidding process. The process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
