Military Engineer Services (DW&CE PAF) Chaklala — Sealed Tenders for Facilities at PAF Bases (Closing 2026-08-03)

The Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) for multiple works described as "Provision of Certain Facilities" at PAF bases. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 hrs on 03 August 2026; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs.

Eligible firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field (Cat C-5 & above) with validity at least to June 2027; MES enlistment (Cat A) is preferable. Applicants should submit work orders, location photos, satisfactory completion certificates, personnel lists, bank statement, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years. Non-inlisted firms may provide 2% refundable bid security. Firms must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding DI&E reports/recoveries.
