Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Procurement of specialized firms to deliver public awareness and engagement services on environment and climate change. Only firms registered with relevant taxation authorities/departments are eligible. Joint ventures/consortia are not allowed.
Submission method & deadlines: Sealed e-bids (technical and financial) must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System only. Bid validity: 120 days. Bids must be submitted on or before 2021-08-11 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2021-08-11 at 11:30 AM.
