Punjab Emergency Services Department Prequalification: SMD Displays for PEHRC & EOC (Est. Rs.115,000,000)

Issuer: Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab. Purpose: Prequalification of Manufacturers / Authorized Distributors (registered with Pakistan tax authorities) for supply and installation of SMD displays for provincial emergency centres.

Prequalification and submission method: Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit Prequalification Documents via the e-Procurement portal using PDF upload. Prequalification Documents are available for download free of charge on the Punjab e-Procurement System and on the PPRA and Department websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.rescue.gov.pk. Total estimated cost: Rs. 115,000,000.

Key conditions and rules: Applicants must be registered with Pakistan tax authorities and with the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements in the Prequalification Documents will be prequalified to participate in subsequent procurement. The subsequent bidding will follow Rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure). The process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

Submission deadline and opening: Submit via Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-08-19 at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening on 2026-08-19 at 11:30 AM.
