Issuer: Divisional Superintendent / Divisional Commercial Officer, Pakistan Railways, Peshawar Division. Open re-auction for vending stalls, muqaddam spaces and car parking / taxi stands at multiple railway stations in the Peshawar Division.
How to apply: Auction documents are available from the Office of the Divisional Commercial Officer, Pakistan Railways, Peshawar during office hours (08:00–15:00) from the date of publication on written application with a copy of CNIC and payment of prescribed fees: Rs.3,000 & Rs.2,000 for "A" & "B" classes (vending stalls), Rs.5,000 for Muqaddam, and Rs.5,000 for car parking/taxi stands (non-refundable). Documents must be submitted on the prescribed form in person or by an authorized representative by 03:00 PM on 2026-08-18 (one day before the auction). Auction will be held on 2026-08-19 at 12:00 noon.
Important notes: Earnest money/bid security required for each lot is listed below and must accompany submissions. Highest bid offers will be recommended for acceptance subject to standard terms and government regulations. For further information contact the Commercial Branch, DS Office, Peshawar.
