Re-bidding Notice: E-Bidding for Sanitation Works in Tehsil (HQ) District Mardan

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ), District Mardan.

Purpose: Re-bidding through ePADS (electronic bidding) for scheduled sanitation works (PCC streets, drains, culverts, cleanliness and related works) at specified Union Councils in District Mardan under MRS-2025.

Bid submission method: Electronic submission only via the official ePADS website. Tender documents and forms can be downloaded from ePADS. Submission and opening will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA rules and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa enlistment policy.

Key conditions and eligibility:

• Only contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa centralized enlistment policy are eligible.
• Bid security: 2% of the bid (as indicated). Additional securities apply for bids quoted below Engineer Estimate as detailed in the NIT.
• Tender forms must be submitted electronically via ePADS; scanned copies submitted through ePADS that differ from hard-copy submissions will be treated as non-responsive.
• Last date/time for submission of electronic tender forms: 03 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening: 03 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.
• Last date/time for online clarification: up to 5:00 PM on 27-07-2026.
