Proxies must be duly signed, completed, witnessed and deposited at the Registered Office of the Company along with attested copies of a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
• Attendance at the meeting requires presentation of the original CNIC or passport.
Availability of documents: The Scheme of Compromise, Arrangement and Reconstruction and related disclosures have been dispatched to shareholders by postal service and uploaded on the Company website. Copies of documents will remain available for inspection during normal business hours at the registered office until the conclusion of the Extraordinary (Special) General Meeting. The notice and Scheme were also published in Daily NAWA-E-WAQT and DAWN.
