G3 REIT Management Limited (G3RMC) has called an Extraordinary (Special) General Meeting (EOGM) of shareholders to consider and, if deemed fit, approve the Scheme of Compromise, Arrangement and Reconstruction between Ghani Global Holdings Limited, G3 REIT Management Limited, G3 Properties (Private) Limited and G3 Homes LLP pursuant to the Lahore High Court order in Civil Original No. 33997 of 2026.
