| Eligibility / Requirements | Minimum five (05) years of relevant experience; firm must be an IATA-registered travel agency; provide round-the-clock services; valid and active IATA membership; registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and compliant with both Income & Sales Tax on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). |
| Pre-qualification Fee | Non-refundable fee Rs. 3,000/- payable via Pay Order in favor of "National University of Medical Sciences". |
| Acquisition of Documents | Pre-qualification documents containing terms of reference, evaluation criteria and submission instructions are available from the Office of the Procurement, located at NUMS ATR Building Adayla Road Rawalpindi. Documents available against the non-refundable fee. |
