Issuer: Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah Cantt. POF invites sealed pre-qualification applications from eligible and experienced firms to act as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) under an open framework agreement for three financial years (2027, 2028 & 2029).
Purpose: Pre-qualification and shortlisting of firms capable of providing managed internet and related services to POF for the stated financial years.

Complete applications along with supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the BID CENTER, adjacent to Reception Hall (C/O GM-PURCHASE), POF Wah Cantt.
Submission deadline: Applications must reach the Bid Center on or before 2026-08-10 at 11:30 AM. Opening of received envelopes will take place on 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM.
