EFU Life Assurance Ltd hereby notifies its members, pursuant to the Companies Act, 2017, that the following persons have filed notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
As the number of persons who have offered themselves for election does not exceed the number of Directors fixed by the Board under Section 199(h) of the Companies Act, 2017, the persons listed below shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
