Issuer: Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KWASC). KWASC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms/consortia to operate KWASC Customer Service Centers (CSC).
| Purpose | Operate 09 Customer Service Centers at different locations in Karachi (locations listed include Sakhi Hasan, Harconabad & Karsaz). |
| Key requirements | Firm/JV must be registered (registered with FBR and active taxpayer status is required). Operator shall deploy a team of experts and technical support staff, install operational equipment and IT/internet infrastructure, and deliver services as per scope. |
| Mandatory documents / conditions | Integrity pact duly signed on stamp paper (Rs.100). Declaration on stamp paper (Rs.100) confirming no outstanding obligations against any organization/department and not blacklisted. Complete submission must be signed and stamped by the company. |
| Bid security | Bid security must be submitted physically before the submission deadline and issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favour of Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation. Failure to submit physical bid security will result in rejection. An image of the instrument must be uploaded to the ePAD System. |
| Submission method & deadline | Upload required documents (including image of bid instrument) on the ePAD System of SPPRA and deliver physical documents as required. Deadline for submission: up to 12:00 Noon on 29 July 2026. |
| Opening | EOI submissions will be opened/downloaded at 12:30 Noon on 29 July 2026 in the presence of interested parties or their authorized representatives. |
