National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible institutions for registration as Authorized Test Centers under the Skills Verification Program (SVP), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Selected centers will conduct competency assessments for Pakistani skilled workers seeking employment in Saudi Arabia.

Minimum Requirements
  • Suitable infrastructure for Computer-Based Testing (CBT)
  • Practical workshops / laboratories for proposed trades
  • Secure premises suitable for competency assessments
  • Capacity to comply with NAVTTC / SVP operational standards
Important Notes
  • Registration of driving test centers in Karachi is currently restricted; applications for driving test centers are open for eligible institutions in Hyderabad and Sukkur subject to requirements.
  • Preference may be given to institutions applying for Priority Trades identified by SVP/Takamol (details available on the NAVTTC website).

  4. Presentation
  5. Final approval by SVP, KSA

Submission of an EOI does not guarantee accreditation as an Authorized Test Center.
How to Apply
