Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Project Director (Construction) MEPCO Multan invites electronic bids (through EPADs) from firms duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (renewed for 2026-27) with specialization codes EE-04, EE-05 and CE-10 for the works listed below. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Key instructions: Bids must be submitted online via EPADs. Last date and time for submission: 2026-07-30 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid security: 2% of the quoted amount in the form of CDR (without validity limit). Original CDR and proof of relevant experience must be deposited in the office of the AM (Accounts), Project Director (Construction) MEPCO, HQ Khanewal Road, Multan before bid submission deadline. Contractors engaged previously with Directorate PD Construction MEPCO must upload satisfactory performance and completion certificates; new/fresh bidders must provide documentary evidence of relevant experience as required. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
