FGEHA Final Personal Hearing Notice for Security Supervisor Zafar Mehdi

Summary: Following finalization of disciplinary proceedings under the FGEHA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2020 and Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020, and on the recommendation of the Inquiry Officer regarding imposition of a major penalty, the Competent Authority (Director General, FGEHA) has provided a final opportunity for a personal hearing.

Details: Notices for earlier appearance were issued for 28-10-2025 and 15-11-2025; the subject neither appeared nor responded in writing. The subject is now directed to appear before the Competent Authority (Director General, FGEHA) within 15 days of issuance of this notice if he wishes to defend the charges. If he does not appear, the Competent Authority will decide the case on the basis of the Inquiry Officer's report without further notice.
