Women University Swabi – Invitation for E-Bids for Security Services (Bid Deadline: 2026-08-11)

Women University, Swabi invites e-bids for provision of security services. Bids must be submitted online through the e-PAKS/ePDAS e-procurement system by eligible firms registered with relevant authorities (SECP, FBR, KPRA) and complying with applicable tax/registration requirements.

Important instructions:

- Interested bidders must submit tender processing fee of PKR 2,000 (CDR or online deposit) to Women University, Swabi "Other Collection Account No. 238739947" at UBL Main Branch, Swabi. A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from the university e-bid portal (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk) or the Women University Swabi website after publication of the advertisement.

- Original hard copy of the Bid Security (in the form of CDR/bank guarantee) of PKR 320,000 and the tender processing fee must be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer, Women University, Swabi, by the closing date and time. If original Bid Security is not received by the closing time/date, the bid will be rejected.

- Bidders must upload scanned copies of the bid on ePADS/eProcurement portal and also submit required documentary evidence (registration, tax documents, KPRA, FBR/ATL status, experience) as part of their online submission and as hard copies where specified.

- Bids will be processed under the rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA). The university reserves the right to cancel or reject all bids under the KP-PPRA rules.
