DHQ Hospital Chakwal — Auction of Canteen/Cafeteria (BOT) | Tender AUC/DHQCKWL/2026

DHQ Hospital Chakwal invites financially sound and eligible bidders, firms, companies, or sole proprietorships registered under relevant law to participate in the auction of its Canteen / Cafeteria / Tuck-Shop on a Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis for a period of five (05) years.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Single Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended to date).

- Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk/) and the DHQ Hospital Chakwal website (https://dhqchakwl.punjab.gov.pk/) until the closing date.

- Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/

- Successful bidder must construct a new building for the canteen/cafeteria at their own expense as specified in the bidding documents / TORs.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 AM on the closing date at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Chakwal.

- Taxes will be deducted as applicable under government rules. NTN and Active Tax Payers proof must be provided.
