The Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Mastung has published a summons in ATC Case No. 18/2026 (FIR No. 46/2026) naming Sufair Ahmad alias Jowind Balochi (son of Abdul Ghani) and Bashir Zeb alias Comrade Bashir (son of Dr. Abdullah Jan) in offences under ATA 7(1)(0), 7(1)(c) and 7(1)(d). A warrant of arrest has been issued after the accused were found to be absconding.
The accused are required to appear to answer the charges on 17 August 2026 at the Anti-Terrorism Court, Mastung. Failure to appear may result in further legal action.
