MEPCO Invitation to E-Bids (EPADS 2.0) — Supply of Earthing, Grounding & Tower Materials — Closing 2026-08-20

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO Multan.

MEPCO invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 under Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004 (amended). Funds are reserved under the Annual Procurement Plan for FY 2026-27.

Key instructions:

• Registration and electronic submission: Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically via the EPADS portal before the prescribed closing date/time. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bid security: Each e-bid must be accompanied by bid security in an acceptable form. Original bid security (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan) valid for 150 days after tender opening must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with tender number and title to the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan, before the e-bid closing deadline. A copy of the same must be attached with the e-bid.
• Tender validity: Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days after the opening date. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
• Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened publicly in the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
• Procurement documents and detailed terms & conditions, bid security amounts and evaluation criteria are available to registered bidders on the EPADS 2.0 portal. The advertisement is also available on MEPCO and PPRA websites.
