Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Makran Division at Kech invites electronic bids for three PSDP construction projects: establishment of Shaheed Zakir Baloch Futsal Ground at Absor, Turbat (estimated cost PKR 48,019,632); construction of separate gym for ladies and gents at Library Gwadar (PKR 41,583,862); and construction of Mini Sports Complex at Mand, Kech (PKR 89,107,910). Bids are percentage-based and follow the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 (G.O.B., amended).

Eligibility: active taxpayer status, not blacklisted, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and completion of three similar assignments.
