Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC), a public sector company for energy infrastructure development and management, invites applications for five (01 each) professional positions on contract basis. Initial contract period is three (03) years with three (03) months probation. Market-based compensation will be determined through negotiation.

Position	Key Qualifications & Experience	Age Limit
Director (Technical)	Bachelor of Engineering (16 years) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university. Preference: Master’s in Project/Engineering Management; registered Professional Engineer (PEC). Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in energy infrastructure / transmission / distribution / renewable energy projects; EPC and donor-funded project experience preferred.	Maximum 50 years
Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement)	Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce or Supply Chain Management. Preference: Master’s or professional procurement certification (e.g., PMP/MCIPS, etc.). Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in energy/transmission/infrastructure projects and public/donor-funded sectors.	Maximum 45 years
Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering)	Bachelor of Engineering (16 years) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; PEC registration preferred. Preference: Master’s in Project/Engineering Management. Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in design and engineering of transmission and substations, preparation/review of engineering drawings, calculations, technical specifications, standards and tender documents.	Maximum 45 years
Deputy Director (HR & Administration)	Bachelor (16 years) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or Business Administration. Preference: Master’s in HRM or related field. Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in HR management/administration/governance in public or private sector organizations or autonomous bodies.	Maximum 45 years
IT Officer	Bachelor (16 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering. Preference: candidates with IT professional certifications. Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in IT operations, infrastructure deployment, ERP/SAP or software systems management.	Maximum 40 years

Other Important Information:

Appointments will be on contract basis initially for three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and need.
