Wah Cantonment Board Notice: Proposed Transfer of Property Rights (Plot 788-D, Survey No.16)

The Wah Cantonment Board announces that official records show property No. 788-D, Survey No. 16 (located Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt) is registered in the name of Abdul Shoaib son of Abdul Wahab. Abdul Shoaib has appointed Mohammad Yasir as his general agent and, by document no. 095-2025-0000400 dated 04.10.2025, seeks to transfer the legal ownership of the property by gift (Shariah) to his wife, Shahzadi Sarwat (wife of Mohammad Yasir).

Anyone having objections or evidence against this proposed transfer must submit them within 15 days of this notice’s publication to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, by registered letter or by presenting original documents in person. Absent timely objections, the Board will proceed in accordance with procedure.
