| Experience | Total 15 years' working experience in a national or international reputable organization. Out of total experience, a minimum of 2 years' academic/administrative experience at BPS-19 or above (or equivalent) in an HEC-recognized university is required. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of academic processes and HEC policies. |
| Key Skills | Strategic planning and management abilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; training needs analysis; career development framework and problem-solving skills. |
| Age Limit | 55 years and below |
